What happens in a Spiritual Coaching session ?

Each sessions begins with a brief check-in and centering practice. We’ll discuss your current challenges and spiritual questions, then use a combination of dialogue, guided visualization, somatic attention or meditation based on our time together or simply with a deeper sense of connection to community, the earth and the sacred.

Is Spiritual Coaching for me ?

Spiritual Coaching is ideal if you’re seeking meaning, questioning your life’s purpose, experiencing a spiritual awakening, or wanting to deepen your connection to something greater than yourself. It complements but doesn’t replace mental health treatment.

How is Spiritual Coaching different than therapy ?

Traditionally therapy typically focuses on psychological functioning and symptom reduction, while Spiritual Coaching addresses the deeper questions of meaning, purpose and connection to something greater. We explore the soul’s journey rather than focusing solely on the mind.

What is your cancellation policy ?

I require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the session fee. Emergencies are handled with compassion on a case-by-case basis.
